Two office and laboratory workspace buildings totalling 115,000 sq ft (10,683 sq m) are being built for science and technology companies to flourish and make their mark on the world.
From SMEs looking to expand to global brands keen to thrive within Oxford’s commercial ecosystem, each building will provide 57,500 sq ft (5,341 sq m) over four floors and offer the ideal space to develop ideas, collaborate, innovate and invest.
Targeting appropriate benchmarks and ratings including BREEAM Excellent, and alignment with WELL Building Standard, these buildings will be heated and cooled using 100% low carbon technology.
Construction is starting in Summer 2023 and targeting practical completion in Q2 2025.
