Meet the team delivering Oxford North, the new innovation district with labspace and office space to rent.

Over a decade in the making, Oxford North is the result of a broad team of world-class partners and professionals, united by a vision to create a healthy, productive place in which to find the answers to tomorrow's biggest questions.

Oxford North Ventures GP LLP is a 50:50 joint venture between Thomas White Oxford, the development company of St John’s College, Oxford, and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan with Stanhope. Together, the partners are responsible for creating and curating Oxford's new innovation district, delivering its laboratories, workspaces, amenities and parks, to make Oxford North a place for discovery.

Oxford North will be entirely purpose-built, and continually adapted, for world-leading science, technology, innovation and business to thrive. Alongside substantial investment into infrastructure, power, utilities and public space, the district is designed to provide life- enhancing social and community value, and access to leisure and nature for everyone.

Thomas White Oxford is the development company of St John’s College delivering Oxford North.
