Oxford North: proud Headline Sponsor of the Oxfordshire Apprenticeship Awards 2024
We are delighted to be announced as Headline Sponsor for the upcoming OxLEP Oxfordshire Apprenticeship Awards 2024.
It is our third year supporting this fantastic initiative which helps recognise apprentices, employers and those driving forward apprenticeships across the county.
We’re supporting the awards because we passionately believe in the value that apprenticeships can create in increasing social mobility and supporting businesses to grow.
David Reay, development director, Stanhope said: “This pioneering event not only celebrates apprentices from all walks of life and their excellent achievements but also brings together inspiring leaders and companies who have invested their time into developing apprentices’ careers and their businesses.
“We are looking forward to continuing to work with OxLEP and the Awards Committee on what promises to be an incredible event in May 2024 at Williams Racing. Best of luck to everyone who enters.”
Sally Andreou, skills hub manager, OxLEP said: “We are delighted to announce and welcome Oxford North as our headline sponsor for the 2024 Oxfordshire Apprenticeship Awards.
“As an organisation, OxLEP has worked closely with Oxford North in recent years across a number of projects, in particular, supporting them to develop an effective community employment plan that’s made a positive impact on our local labour market through work generated via the Oxford North development – with this in mind, their sponsorship of next year’s awards is an extension of this already excellent relationship.
“The Oxfordshire Apprenticeship Awards continues to offer the perfect moment to not only celebrate individual success and business success, but also inspire young people and employers across the county to begin their own apprenticeship journey – we therefore want to hear from as many Oxfordshire businesses as possible with wonderful, apprenticeship stories to tell.”
